Spluur is infrastructure for legitimate software. Violations can result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Prohibited uses

Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code

Conducting DDoS attacks, port scans, or brute-force attacks against third parties

Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays

Mining cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, etc.)

Hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors

Hosting content promoting genocide, terrorism, or targeted violence

Circumventing export controls on restricted software or technology

Reselling Spluur compute or storage without written permission

Operating phishing pages or social engineering infrastructure

Storing or processing data in violation of NDPR, GDPR, or applicable data protection law

Running piracy or copyright-infringing file-sharing services

Permitted uses

Production web applications and APIs

Development, staging, and preview environments

CI/CD runners and build jobs

Open-source software projects

Legitimate security research on infrastructure you own or have explicit written permission to test

High-traffic commercial applications (subject to plan limits)

Enforcement

We investigate reports of AUP violations. Confirmed violations may result in immediate suspension. We will generally notify you before action except where the violation poses an immediate security risk.

Report abuse

Email abuse@spluur.com with URLs, timestamps, and evidence. We investigate within 24 hours.
