Refund Policy

Short version: 7-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro charge. After that, charges are non-refundable except for billing errors and verified outages exceeding our SLA.

1. Free plan

The Free plan has no charges. Nothing to refund.

2. Pro plan — 7-day money-back guarantee

Request a full refund of your first Pro charge within 7 calendar days by emailing billing@spluur.com. Applies to first charge only; subsequent renewals are not eligible.

3. Billing errors

If you were charged incorrectly, email billing@spluur.com with your Paystack transaction reference. We will investigate within 3 business days and refund any erroneous amounts in full.

4. Service outages

If Spluur breaches our 99.9% SLA in a calendar month, Pro users may request a credit proportional to the excess downtime, applied to the next billing cycle. Cash refunds are not issued for outages.

5. AUP violations

No refund is issued if your account is suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your Pro subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days (except as covered by Section 2).

7. How to request a refund

Email billing@spluur.com with your account email, Paystack transaction reference, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
