Refund Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

Short version: Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited. Domain registrations are non-refundable once confirmed with the registry. VPS purchases are automatically refunded to your wallet if provisioning fails. Billing errors are always corrected in full.

1. Wallet top-ups

Funds added to your Spluur wallet via Paystack are credited immediately and are non-refundable once successfully processed, except in the case of a confirmed billing error (see Section 4). Wallet balance has no expiry.

2. Domain registrations

Domain registration fees are paid directly to the registry upon confirmation and are non-refundable once the domain is successfully registered. This is standard across the domain industry — registries do not offer refunds after a domain name is created.

If a registration fails after your wallet is debited, the full amount is automatically returned to your wallet balance. You will see a credit transaction in your billing history.

3. VPS / compute purchases

VPS provisioning fees are non-refundable once a server is successfully created and handed to you. If provisioning fails on our end, the full amount is automatically refunded to your wallet balance.

4. Billing errors

If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a platform error, email billing@spluur.app with your account email and Paystack transaction reference. We will investigate within 3 business days and refund or credit any erroneous amount in full.

5. Acceptable use

No refund is issued if your account is suspended for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Contact

For any billing questions, email billing@spluur.app. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
